About us

İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone Management established İAOSB Nedim Uysal Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in 2014 in order to increase the quality of vocational and technical education which is an indispensable component of the development of our country and to meet the need of qualified labor force in our country.

Our school has a capacity of 500 students and a closed area of ​​14.000 m2 where all students are taught with 100% full scholarship including education, transportation, clothes, food, books and stationery. The school's project was selected within the Architectural Design Competition held throughout Turkey and designed with İAOSB Management at the jury. There are modern and technological workshops and laboratories for the vocational fields, conference hall, sports hall, 21 classrooms, social activities and project preparation rooms that allow students to develop in social, cultural and professional fields.

Our school is providing education in the field of Industrial Automation, Electric - Electronic and Machine Technologies. Workshops and laboratories were designed adequately for each area of studies and fully equipped for industrial production simulations. Educational sets designed by our school’s teachers are produced by individual students and teachers, so that each student can get a testing set. Trainings provided at school are compatible with the robotic production systems used in the industry sector.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

In a contemporary and complex structure of our school there are: classrooms, conference room, sports hall, club rooms, two libraries, one of which is technical, social activities and project preparation rooms as well as laboratories and workshops equipped according to advanced technology that will enable students to develop in social, cultural and academic fields.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION

The "Anatolian Technical Program" is applied for the continuous success of our school. Our aim is to educate engineers who will give direction to the industry in the future. In order to fulfil that goal Anatolian Technical Program, which prepares students for higher education, is implemented. Within this scope, education and training activities are carried out with expert staff.

Foreign language education is given to students. Students are learning how to read, write and speak in English.

We prepare high school students with our enriched teaching programs and high school with weekly and weekly supportive courses.

With our enriched teaching programs, including both weekdays and additional weekend courses, we are preparing high school students for higher education.
